What inspired ECO?
ECO was inspired by over a decade inside mission-driven organizations, working alongside business leaders, where the same root issues kept showing up in the gaps between vision, leadership, and systems. What inspired ECO’s name?
ECO comes from the Greek oikos, the home and everything needed to sustain it. A habitat.
